Chapman Partnership is making A Real Difference, Right Here in South Florida.

Since 1993, we’ve worked to empower homeless men, homeless women, and homeless children to build a positive future by providing them resources and assistance critical to their long-term growth and stability. As the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust. Chapman Partnership is, commissioned to site, build and operate two Homeless Assistance Centers in Miami and Homestead.

We provide a wide array of programs that go far beyond just emergency shelter to 756 homeless men, homeless women, and homeless children daily. Chapman Partnership offers a comprehensive, holistic approach through on-site services and partnerships to help Miami homeless residents attain self-sufficiency and housing stability.

These Miami homeless services include:

• Meal Programs that serve over 800,000 homeless meals annually
• Education/Job Placement/Job Development/Job Training
• Health and dental care
• Family Resource Center, private family rooms, & child care
• Comprehensive Case Management
• Housing Placement
• On-site kennel and volunteer veterinarian at our Homestead facility

Our ongoing efforts have helped to reduce homelessness in Miami. Since our inception:

• We have admitted more than 83,500 homeless people, over 16,700 of which were homeless children
• We have placed over 340 households with Federal Stimulus dollars since October 2009
• We have had over 145,000 homeless people visit our medical clinics
• We successfully outplace 63% of our residents into permanent or transitional housing for the homeless
• We have served over 5,700 homeless people in the Mobile Dental Unit with over 46,000 procedures totaling $3.5 million value of service

Financial Homestead and Miami Donations

Individuals, community and civic groups, churches, family foundations, and businesses make financial donations to Chapman Partnership at any time
during the year. The combination of these gifts from throughout the community makes up the largest portion of the financial resources of the organization.

In-Kind Homestead and Miami Donations

If you are interested in donating food, clothing, furniture or other items,
the following Chapman Partnership accepts in-kind donations. We even pick
up large furniture items within the Miami and Homestead area.

Homestead and Miami Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are the backbone of the work we do at Chapman Partnership. We bring Homestead and Miami volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels together to serve people in our community experiencing homelessness. There are a variety of Homestead and Miami Volunteer opportunities available.
