Ron L. Book joins nextgen to raise funds for Chapman Partnership
MIAMI (June 6, 2016) –Attorney and Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust Chair, Ron Book, will speak to Miami young professionals at the new Overtime series, hosted by nextgen for Chapman Partnership. Overtime is a quarterly, distinguished speakers series featuring Miami’s top leaders engaging nextgen members and guests in discussions about community issues and leadership opportunities.
Mr. Book is the President and CEO of Ronald L. Book, P.A., a law firm that specializes in government affairs. His firm is considered one of the premier lobbying firms in the state, with unparalleled experience in the appropriations process. Mr. Book has drafted and passed dozens of laws, including one of his personal favorites, the 1% Food & Beverage Tax in Miami-Dade, with all funds dedicated to ending Homelessness & Domestic Violence in our community.
