nextgen brings together emerging leaders, ages 21 to 45, who are committed to helping rebuild lives in our community. Members support Chapman Partnership’s mission while expanding their networks, strengthening leadership skills, and taking action to help end homelessness.

How Members Get Involved

Social

Connect with like-minded professionals who are passionate about giving back. Attend curated networking events, fundraisers, and social gatherings that bring together Miami’s emerging leaders for a great cause.

Education

Develop as a leader through professional development workshops, guest speaker events, and roundtable discussions with Chapman Partnership’s Board of Directors and community changemakers.

Service

Make an impact by volunteering at Chapman Partnership. From serving meals to mentoring clients, your time and effort directly support those rebuilding their lives.
