CP Works is Chapman Partnership’s award-winning workforce development program. The initiative provides employment opportunities and pathways to independence for individuals who have experienced homelessness.
Participants receive practical coaching to remove common barriers to employment, from transportation and documentation to workplace expectations.
The CP Works program aims to expand with new partnerships across Miami-Dade county as a key component of the Chapman Partnership “village of support,” a national model tackling homelessness.
Employment can be a turning point for people experiencing homelessness. Access to stable work opens doors to housing stability, financial security, and renewed self confidence.
Through CP Works, participants gain:
• Personalized support as they prepare for long-term employment
• Paid workforce experience
• Practical, transferable job skills
• Confidence and day-to-day stability

Launched in April 2025, the Park Stewards program is a partnership between Chapman Partnership, The Underline, and the Lennar Foundation.
Participants gain hands-on experience in park operations and maintenance while contributing to the care of a major public space. In the fall of 2025, the program received community recognition – a NOVO Award for Innovative Excellence – from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
