“The Perfect Pairing for your Pavo: Fantastic Wines to Pair for Thanksgiving Dinner!”
nextgen for Chapman Partnership and Vinya invite you to a virtual wine tasting led by Vinya’s lead sommelier, Allegra Angelo.
Allegra previously served as the sommelier and wine director for Chef Michelle Bernstein, and later developed more than 20 unique wine and spirit programs across the country. Allegra’s expertise is evidenced by her work many of the staples of the Miami food scene, including Yardbird, Mignonette, Stiltsville Fish Bar, Café La Trova, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
Join us as Allegra gives us her take on the perfect wine pairings for your Thanksgiving dinner.
Date and Time: Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Wines:
(1) Dry Riesling by Battendfeld-Spanier from the Rheinhessen, Germany (white); and
(2) Langhe Nebbiolo by Angelo Negro from Piedmont, Italy (red).
Registration Cost: $65.00 Donation plus sales tax (includes two bottles of wine + free local shipping** + free entry into a raffle to win a free bottle of wine!)
**Shipping outside of Miami-Dade County will incur an additional fee.
Deadline to Register: To ensure timely delivery of wine to all registrants, registration for this event will close on November 9, 2020 by 5:00 p.m.
