Barry University men’s Soccer Team hosted their second annual Barry Soccer Clinic for more than 30 youth from Chapman Partnership, the largest emergency housing provider in Miami Dade County for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. During the clinic, the children participated in fun-filled soccer training, skills and scrimmages followed by a pizza lunch sponsored by Scooter Steve.
“On behalf of Barry University and the men’s Soccer Team, we were thrilled to host this incredible clinic with Chapman Partnership. It is important to always role model service among our student athletes and create a sense of unity within the community.” said Petsa Ivanovic, Head Coach of Barry University’s men’s soccer team.
